Hey all,
I'm working through the ASM statistics supplement, and in Lesson 6, Hypothesis Testing, I think the answer to question 6.27 is incorrect. But I'm on cold medication this morning, so I could easily just be confusing myself. The answer has the line: .75 = 1 - F(k|a = 2) = 1 - 1/(k^2). Does anyone else think the right-most side should be just 1/(k^2)? Just can't seem to get my brain off this until I can confirm one way or the other . . .
Thanks for any help.
