View Full Version : Splitting Up Exam Threads

Based on Total Volume It seems that Courses 5-8 + PD has about 80% of the traffic of the combined C1-4 threads.

Just want to lobby for splitting up 5-8 plus PD.

What reasons are there for not doing this in light of the fragmentation of Courses 1-4?

Because I just haven't done it yet.

Any more questions?

Besides DTNF is still tired from separating out 1-4. I'm letting him rest a bit before I make him get back to work! :judge:

When I do split them, I'm leaning toward 5-6, 7-8+PD.

Traci, I think your proposed split is the best breakdown.

One improvement might be for folks to be able to minimize the exam fora. I see that when I click a super-category, the other threads minimize.

Or, move the exam fora below non-actuarial, so those not taking exams don't have to scroll by them on their way to their interests.

Now don't be getting the idea that YOU get to have a say! ;-)

I have a say, and you can ignore me. That's the American way.

It's just an idea.
It's not a "Proven to be a more effective discussion board format."

Yet.

Don't you have more work to do?

Ay, captain. 100 down, about, oh, 400 to go.

How about 5,6 and 8 (since these are exams) and 7 and PD (since these are not exams)?
