Model Rating Law (File & Use) ?

Question: Do we need to know the Case Law section? I can see how questions could be drawn from the section, but without M/C or T/F, I would think testing would be very particular to ask about different cases.

Any thoughts?

Theoretically it's fair game but realistically, probably not what they're planning to focus on and as you point out, not easily testable in an essay environment. Too many other and bigger things to worry about...like the fact they didn't ask anything on Sch F last year but it was worth 8.75 and 5 points the prior 2 years. Think it's gonna show up this year? I would bet on it!
