How many of your employers allow you to order study material before the results are out?

I'm wondering why you're asking.
If you're retaking an exam, you already have the material.
If you're not sure if you're going to be retaking the exam, I can sort of understand why you're waiting to order stuff.
If you know you nailed it (rare, but it happens :D), you should be ordering the next exam's stuff.
Now, if your company orders it and pays for it up front, I can understand them not wanting to lay out the bucks.
If you're ordering it and getting reimbursed later, ORDER YOUR STUFF! You'll waste 2 months of valuable study time! But then, that works out better for me, since I'll start earlier. Never mind.

I definitely passed unless there are forces at work which we are unaware of.
Yes, my company pays up front. They are going to send out the check. I was just wondering how many companies will pay for the manuals up front before the exam results are released. I guess I should have specified more completely.
For the people who responded all ready. Does you answer still apply?

The superstition to which I subscribe says that you should never study for an exam where taking that exam is contingent upon passing another.
So, the above question isn't applicable to me.

There is someone who I work with that actually ordered materials for the next exam the week before he took the current exam.
