PD with all requirements met through 2000 transition

Has anyone sent in a PD plan where 25 credits were from E.A. exams and the other 25 were from 2000 transition?

What did you do for the initial plan and executed plan?

I think you just email the SOA. Those credits are automatic. You don't need a plan
