Wow, sounds like place to STAY AWAY from at all costs! How far are you from the breakroom? That's one great thing about our office; I sit far away from where the food is set up on food days, and I almost never walk down that way, so it's not like I'm tempted all day long. I just stay away, and try to forget it's there. Anyway, if you're not far enough from the room, I suggest leaving to study as early in the day as possible!!!

Yeah right!!! ;)

It's a small office. I've been in there drooling several times. I've sampled the candies (just once of each of the pieces, no p/b egg or york yet!) I did have a healthy breakfast and mid-morning snack.

Stay strong. You can do it!

As long as the left-overs don't hang around for the rest of the week, you should be OK.

Normally I don't condone this, but this may call for a little Binging-and-Purging

(added benefit, if they hear you purging, you'll have an excuse to take the afternoon off and study!!!)

If I was there, I'd be so sick to my stomach right about now (and probably a little wired from all the sugar!)! Just wait until the end of the day when everyone is crashing from their sugar highs - there's going to be alot of lethargic people dragging themselves out of the office!

I bought a big salad for lunch, and when I ran to the store to pick up some stuff ppl forgot, I grabbed my La Tortillas. They had the bigger size this time. Twice the fiber (14g) but only 30 more calories. YUM!

Oh, and we ordered pizza so we could have some "real" food before the dessert! I pitched in, but I'm sticking to my salad.

That's good - at least you won't have all that sugar on an empty stomach. That'll make you sicker than a dog! All the fat and grease will soak up some of the sugar!

I did good. I had my salad and tortilla. For dessert, I fixed a small sundae (with my light ice cream) and had some crumbs from the chocolate cake. As an added bonus, bosses let us close half-day. Going to Starbucks to study!

Did you ever think they are letting you off a half day so that they can have all the dessert goodies to themselves???

Glad to see that you allowed yourself a small treat - this will keep the intervention people off your back for at least today!

 They're actually gone already. So we're here with the treats!

I will atone for my sins by working my azz off at the gym this evening!

Going to Starbucks to study!

Oh good, you're taking my advice! ;-)

Glad to hear you allowed yourself a small indulgance, and were able to stick to just that. Sounds like you displayed enormous restraint!

I did bring home a bit of apple pie. That's my weakness!! And, I am having some of the pizza for dinner. But, I think I did well. Especially since I armed myself with a filling and healthy breakfast and lunch from home! I'm proud of myself. And true to my word, I worked my boo-tay off at the gym. I did 5 miles today!!!

That was for the office. That's the candy that I sampled one piece of each. It's been put out there again today! I'm being strong.

Whoa. But just think . . If you stick to your nutrition and exercise plan, it's going to be SOOO easy to be the slimmest person in THAT office. :D
