What is the highest score you ever got on an exam?

9 on both P and FM (May 2005 and November 2005).

Expecting a 7-8 on M...we'll see...

Same here!

Of course, I then barely scraped by FM with a 6

Hey, I still haven't passed FM, so you're good... got a 5 on Nov '04 (course 2), skipped the may '05 sitting (stupid, stupid, stupid), and another 5 on Nov '05.. although I did get an 8 on M in Nov 05... and probably passed C May '06, so it's not like i've been completely unproductive, I just can't pass easy exams...

Yeah, that's the answer. Shoot for an 8 because "7 is the perfect score". :)

Of course I got a 9 on course 2 but I was shooting for a 6. I got a 7 on 1 but I was shooting for a 10. I guess I'm plain dumb.

I'll take this as a N to the R.

8 on P, expected 9 on FM (24/25 according to PAK, 23/25 according to me).

8 on P (May 2005). I got a 9 or a 10 on May 2006 M probably based on the pak/selective pak (35/36 respectively). I got a 6 on November 2005 FM.

Both of my passes have been sevens. But at least I don't overstudy.

10 on course 1 back in 2001 (when they had just changed the system). Never again.

8 on the old 100.
7 on the old 110.
6 on the old 140.

notice a pattern here? :exams:

I'm pretty sure my highest score was a "P". The CAS doesn't give scores above the passmark just a "P", but I did very well on 4B and I think I did very well on 9. (4B was multiple choice, so I know that I got a very high score. 9 was essay, so there's no way to know for sure.)

10 on May '03 Course 1. This was back when the test had some Calculus problems as well, so I could apply my experince of tutoring and teaching Calc classes for 6 years in college with the stategies of taking tests like the AHSME. All I had to do was review Stats I and this test was EASY!! Chances are this will never happen again (lol).

I got quite a few 9s and 10s back in the '70s. (Yeah, I know, the exams were easier then!) :)

10's on Courses 1 and 3. 9 on Course 4. Other than that, 8's and below.

Back in the FES days I got a 10 on 130 and a 2 on 120 at the same sitting.

Of course, I thought I had probably gotten an 7 on 120 and a 3 on 130.

It is a good thing our predictions on our actuarial exam scores are not used to determine if we get jobs predicting claims or premium rates. :-)
