They pledged themselves to Al Qaida. They wanted to kill Americans.

Do you think they more likely voted for Kerry or Bush?

The President

Bush based on expected continued incompetance.

Ronald Reagan

Bush based on expected continued incompetance.

And for the incredible growth rate that he's helped the organization to realize.

Well I went with Kerry because Bin Laden quoted a liberal play book in one of his messages. I made the poll for kicks after reading RR's logic on why Hitler was a Republican. I am going to enjoy ripping his post here to shreds too.

Unfortunately given Hitlers and the Democracts basic stances he prob would have been a rep by defualt.

Foamy and RR.
ah. The villiage idiots.

Carry on then. I voted in such a manner as to not fall in line with the "opposite" theory you proposed above.

Besides, this poll left out the cheeseburger option. It is clearly flawed.

I'm sure it was only left out so one of the other options could have a chance to get first place...

Here's to your over zealous optimism that Al Qaida will live on. :toast:

So far so good as far as bin Laden was concerned. But by 2005, al Qaeda's leaders were worried that al-Zarqawi's beheadings of civilians were turning off popular support for their jihad in Iraq. Al Qaeda's leaders were also deeply concerned about al-Zarqawi's efforts to provoke a Sunni-Shia civil war in Iraq.

Al Qaida, acting the way it always has was losing support.

And there's also this little beauty, to describe the support they got.:

One thing Westerners must understand is that there are no rules in this fight. So called "martyrs" have been found tied into the cars and the bombs remotely detonated. Reports are numerous concerning families being held hostage to force the men to fight. While there are many who fight willingly because they were powerful under Saddam and foolishly believe they will be in charge should the terrorists be successful, most Iraqis just want peace without Islamic rule. What they are learning is that Islamic rule is just as bad as Saddam. In many ways, it would be worse. All one has to do is look to the Taliban, who are also Sunni Muslims, to see how life would be under bin Laden's rule.

If they were in FLA at the time, they meant to vote for Buchanon but their vote went to Bush. Darn butterfly ballots. Or was that the prior election?

So we'll probably win the war on terror any day now.
Got a prediction for when we'll be able to celebrate victory?
I need a good laugh.
Thanks.
