UGA, I had a heck of a time with that myself but finally decided to BS all the open-answer questions.

The only truly analytical question was the part B about showing that NPV was negative if everyone kept to themselves and didn't share progress info. I'm honestly not sure, though, whether we consider the R&D costs at the top of the question or in the bullet point. I did the bullet point.
