I had a raw score of 23 and didn't pass. Looks like the pass mark was 24 or 25.

Yes, this was my first shot. I'm not despairing. I sure am wishing I studied 15 more hours and got one more question right, though.

24.. passed... its seems this was the pass mark since ppl with 23 have failed.

i think past pass marks were 22-24...so this was quite high.

???What do you mean? We expected this range, and if 24 was the mark we got it.
