Old version of Mahler's notes

I have a 2000 edition of Mahler's notes which I have received from a friend. Does any one know which sections are no longer applicable? Or do you have a suggestion for an easier way to determine this rather than comparing each section to the text books?

If anyone has a more recent version I might be interested in purchasing them. PM me.
