You know that old white belt that goes around the waist and vibates people into shape? Think 1930s or maybe Boss Hogg.
What's it called? Been looking for a wikipedia entry. How the hell could people have been so stupid back then?

Darden's been around for a while pushing assorted high intensity training techniques. This is a little different from his normal line.
