In one of the threads it was discussed that the business hours as far as the auction goes is 9-4... I guess I'm assuming eastern time...
If you want to close it earlier, I'm fine with that

Because the last successful bid was over the weekend, so the rules treat it so the bid was made at the beginning of the work week. (Monday at 9am). So Wed @ 9am will be 2 full business days.
