I've heard about the name change. I've also heard that some of the sports teams are no longer division III. Is that true?

I was planning to go up for Alumni weekend but I just decided not to go. I am too burnt out and need sleep.

Maybe I'll go next year.

And I graduated the year that Stephen Jay Gould gave the key note speech and then the Class speaker trashed the faculty for, among other things, choosing someone that we did not want to hear (and giving us no input).

Not a boring grajiation seremony.

Yeah, it seems that they're playing up Paul Reiser a lot now.

Same here for the 1st two. As for Hillside, do you mean those buildings just up the hill from Hinman (on the other side of the parking lot)?

I think those are Hillside... we used to call them "Grad" for graduate housing.

I went to school with one of the lesser Baldwins. He graduated in 86 (I think).

I just got my Master's in math at good ole BU this spring (2010). I was surprised to see that there was a special BU forum on here. Also, I didn't realize Arcones was so big in actuarial dealings, though unfortunately I never had him for any classes and even more unfortunately he is now deceased.

Hey guys, I graduated May 2012. I lived in Seneca for 2 years.

Unfortunately I did not get to take a class with professor Arcones but I did use his manual as a textbook for Interest Theory.

Professor Xingye Qiao is now the person to contact for matters regarding Actuarial Science. Professor Hanson is also available to contact regarding the major.
