Has anyone asked explicitly to review their initial PD plan?

I have a non-traditional practice area and I still have not received a
response to my e-mail from SOA.I was planning to submit initial plan with the executed plan but I need 20 PD crdeits, so I can't do it.

So nobody has done this recently? (Or perhaps, they are not reading the board).

Finally, I did get a response to my question. Now I don't feel like asking them explicitly to review my initial plan.

Hmmm. I was going to ask them to approve my initial plan, but they took so long getting back to me on my questions that I decided to skip it.

There seems to be a pattern here. Perhaps they specifically avoid answering questions just so that they can avoid having to read through initial plans.
