Any other recommendations for CFA study notes?

Consider Allen Resources too. They've got a bunch of stuff and I think they have some kind of guarantee if you don't pass.

Allen's guarantee is that if you fail, you will get next years notes for free. But why would you want them if they didnt work for you the 1st time?

I used Allen for level 1 and I thought the notes were descent. Their test bank software is a joke, and not a funny one.

Beware their "guarantees". They have pass rates that their students supposedly acheived, but they are unsubstantiated.

Go with Schweser. The JKE sample tests are very good as well.

I used Stalla for Level I without the aid of any source material and passed with flying colors. I don't have many complaints, so I'm using them for Level II also. There were a few annoying typos, etc., but probably on par with Actex. (Why can't the editors and proofreaders find these d*mned silly errors???) If price is an issue, I believe Stalla comes in at just under $300. It broke Level I stuff into 5 workbooks and included another which had sample questions/exams.
