So Bob the Finance Actuary just got fired, or there will be no bonuses this year or the department will experience layoffs or the IRS have found errors in the tax reserving methods. There is sensitive information that needs to be communicated in your department. How is it done? I know different methods are used for different options but in general what seems to be the preferred method of communication.
