How come my picture doesn't show up?

I'm assuming you're talking about the bay-bay? Your profile pic is set to the baby (I clicked on your username to see the pic in your profile), but if you want to have the pic show up by your name, that's an Avatar. That's the one you should have the pic set to if you want it to show up on posts. Oh, and Avatars are limited to 80x80 pixels, so you'll have to scale it down a bit.
