XXX was a nightmare what with the extraterritorialness (sp? or word for that matter). I has been fixed so they say, and should not be so onnerous.

Yes, the regulators are from another floguing planet!

(The reason for the ET-ness before the 2000 fix, or shall we say, compromise, was that it was not adopted by all the states - and did not go into effect in any state other than NY.)
