New blue menu bars at top of screen

Some are having troubles with the new menu bars - text is blue on a blue background instead of white on a blue background.

It's working fine for me in Mozilla and IE 5. If you are having this problem please post the following info:
1) what color the text links are in the blue menu bars
2) what color the text changes to when you hover your mouse over the text
3) what browser and version you are using
4) does the HOME PAGE link look any different than the other links?

1) Blue on blue.
2) Changes to orange when I hover the mouse on it.
3) IE 5.5 here at work.
4) The Home Page link is white.
