Just wanted to remind everyone that the trading deadline is coming up... 11/15

Once the season ends, does trading recommence? Or should it restart in August?

Not sure. Personally, I think it should be allowed about a few weeks after the Super Bowl. There needs to be a discussion about the off-season in general...

Agreed, such as when do we have to make decisions about keepers.

And discussion on other rule changes that we've talked about, but not acted upon. Free agents pickups of drafted players and their keeper status/price. Or maybe we have a major winter meeting to bring up all proposals for next season.

True, but you can't make major changes - trades were made taking certain things into consideration, such as trading for keepers knowing that you ouldn't be able to keep a high-priced player with the increase. If you increase the cap too much or get rid of the increase, then the player in the trade gets screwed.
