PD: Confirmation of receipt of executed plan

I have read in this forum that 6 weeks is a common lag time for approval of final executed plans. Can anyone tell me if the SOA sent an email or any other confirmation that the plan was received (before the actual approval email)? Thanks!

I think I've read that the answer is no, they don't send you confirmation. I sent my plan 3 weeks ago, and I haven't gotten any response.

Mr. Burns,

I didn’t receive any advanced notice of my approval; just the single approval e-mail. The process took slightly over six weeks.
