Welcome to the forum.
I don't see a listing in our University section for Penn State actuarial programs. Can you provide a link?

Penn State students have a reputation for spending most of their time drinking beer and watching football and spending very little time attending to their studies. I don't know if it's true but that's the perception.
BTW, IM shorthand is generally frowned upon in this forum.

It's on the way!
Here's Penn State University's new Actuarial Science forum. (http://www.actuarialoutpost.com/actuarial_discussion_forum/forumdisplay.php?f=186)

As a Penn State grad, I take offense to that. Just because we know how to have fun doesn't mean we lack discipline in our studies. I passed Course 1 in college and passed the next seven exams in consecutive sittings since starting work full time while still making plenty of time to "drink beer" and "watch football". It's called work/life balance.
