ohio state u require a minimum 190 semester hours to complete an actuarial science bachelor degree,it is too much compare with other university,so it could complete a degree within 4 years?how?

I believe it's a general requirement for the college of arts and sciences at OSU, though the classes required for the Actuarial science degree only add up to about 150 credit. That leaves plenty of room to fulfill additional VEE requirements and add a minor. And I believe ohio state uses quarter hours, not semesters.
