natural crunchy peanut butter with the lowest sugar strawberry preserves i could find on whole grain/whole wheat bread. with baby carrots. and baked lays. only coffe with 2% and splenda for breakfast. but bought bananas at lunchtime for the rest of the week for breakfast.

dinner was a salad, and grilled shrimp, corn on the cob, and french cut green beans with almonds (green giant microwaved)
i had so much water today i feel as full as the flooded chattahoochie river! |

i forgot how yummy oatmeal is! had quaker oats weight control maple & brown sugar. with 2% milk instead of water. filling. delish! not including the milk, 160 cals, 3g fat, 6g fiber, 1g sugar, 7g protein. also had a banana...don't think i needed that with the oatmeal tho. some berries woulda been just fine. need to go to the store for some fresh berries!
on the financial front...cancelled a few monthly subscriptions to stuff i wasn't using...savign ~$50/month. next will cancel the landline that i NEVER use...honestly, have not used it in almost a year! and will pare down the cable bill...so much crap channels I don't need. Maybe that will save another $50 to $75/mo. |

so i ate pretty well during the week. splurged this weekend. had ice cream friday and saturdya night. and had pad thai last night. although i didn't eat anything else all day saturday, except the ice cream afterwards. not that not eating breakfast and lunch is wise...just that i was sleeping on and off all day so i didn't really have a chance to eat
![]() i still need to get my butt in gear. taking the dog out does not count. wish it did! haha! going out again tonight. with the girls to an awesome place for dinner and wine. looking forward to this. been a while since i've seen some of them. i want to go shopping for a new outfit. but it's too cold and im all cozy in bed!! |

oatmeal with 2% and blueberries for breadkfast. coffee with 2% and splenda. about to have pb&j (natural only peanuts and salt with some of the extra oil poured out and the preserves were the lowest sugar content) on ww/wg bread with baby carrots and vegetable juice. regarding the preserves...i do not want sugarfree...those types are loaded with all kinds of chemicals and the taste is crap too. i'd rather have something that has natural cane sugar and only a couple grams of sugar...no high fructose corn syrup or crap like that...everything all natural and organic.

continuing on a decent path...in terms of food and spending and saving always room for improvement of course. but pretty good none the less. must exercise more. must work less. but my gawd am i SLAMMED at work. can hardly breathe i'm so busy!! even my admin is swamped...she left about 30 minutes ago. i'm about to leave. i want a sammy for dinner, but jersey mike's is closed...grrr. and i dont want subway. blech. sigh. i guess i'll suffer. lol
so i've canceled a few subscriptions...but one of the giraffeing companies billed me anyways for the month...yeah, i set up auto billing a long time ago through that company and NOT through my bank...BIG mistake! i don't do that anymore...and there's a prime reason! giraffers!!! i need to change my cable too. i honestly watch next to nothing. news in the morning getting ready for work. a little here and there on the weekend. and that's it. so why do i pay for the movie channels? HD? DVR? extra channels? i used to want that stuff. i don't care about it anymore. so wasteful and mindless. so why haven't i called them yet???? |
