I call it sustainability to be able to focus and study at this hour because the value of my time outweighs tiredness. Also, this is the only time where I get to study more than 1 hour at a time. I'm completing a practice quiz and will need to start completing the quizzes as if I was actually taking the FM exam. This means I sit and study for at least 3 hours straight.
Last weekend, I realized I needed some "me" time and celebrated my birthday as part of a holistic autumn birthday celebration. It took a lot of money and time but as Michael, on Joy's team but started in my initiation circle to the analytics & outcomes department, once said, "Wager like you have faith in it" when I bet $5 on Serg that he was right about something over Gene. I realized then how little I knew about gambling; it's not about the small winnings but also the "optics" (per S.Miller) of the transaction. I have complete faith every experience towards my actuarial designation will contribute to what I NEED to know.
