Do you use two spaces between sentences at work?

Why isolate them? Spaces have feelings too.

Why is easy. That's what they used to teach in typing class.

I'd read a job-search article a little while back that claimed this was now being used to filter old candidates out - just reject anyone who uses the double space in a CL.

I do if by force of habit even though I know it is no longer necessary. Because I learned to type that way. It created a visual break between sentences when you used an actual physical typewriter with a monospaced font. Having typed that way for years, changing now is nearly impossible. Live with it.

The real Barr cover-up: using full justification to hide the inter-sentence double-space.
