Final Fantasy XV

Anyone give this a shot yet? I played the demo and it looks fantastic. The combat system is really interesting (reminds a bit of Skyrim?) however I only have a GTX 1060 and noticed slight twitches in intense video scenes. Probably won't buy.

Should actually play through Skyrim instead, lol

Haven't tried it personally but I heard that it's great. I'm sure you'd have fun with it if you're into (J)RPG type games.

I'm kind of contemplating getting older FF games and going through them.

My SNES classic came with FF(3? 6? whatever) and I found it surprisingly engaging to go through. Tried FF1 on NES and was just confused a lot. How did I ever play NES games as a kid?

Emulating them might be nice as you can fast forward through whatever you want to. Long walks, boring cutscenes.

FFXV feels more like a movie so far - didn't play much into the demo, but there was a long, long story scene to get through.
