Actually, parts of #7 may not be as applicable this year due to the elimination of A.M. Best 2 reading from last year ("Annual Review..."). This makes Porter - Chapter 2 - the only mentioning of GLB...

I totally agree. But on the other hand, graders are humans, and between different questions, especially the essay type, I strongly believe inconsistency in applying a certain set standard does...

I think we all know we shouldn't have over-analyzed this; it's just the email is really ill-timed and has all of us - feeling good/borderline/not good about the results - on our tiptoe.

The answer uses N(-d2) = s / (1 - R) to derive R, but I thought
s / (1 - R) = default intensity, not default probability (N(-d2))?

BKM11 "Capitalization-weighted indexing" and "fundamental indexing"

Hi guys,

I cannot find references to these two terms on my 9th edition of BKM11. Are these in the syllabus? Should I skip BKM11's Q1?
