Has there been an increase in the number of international students since UAP? Actuaries are supposed to know how to analyze data and make decisions based upon it (you know facts and not impressions).

I was more interested in a proportion. What would you guess the number of exams passed (subject to possible exemption) by Canadian students. My guess would be around 10,000.
