I think it is a first-time user discount. When I go on the website without being logged in, most of the courses are showing as around $200 with a slash through it, and the price reduced to $11.39

Yes, I should have specified the pay cut was "LT with 5 years experience" vs. "entry-level actuary". I was making something like 80k after taxes when I got out, but quality of life is so much better...

I voted "5" as a career changer from a "1" in the U.S. Navy, although I only left the Navy 3 months ago and started actuary 2 months ago. The pay cut was well worth it.
