I didn't see anything regarding a group rate for transportation. You could try calling and asking, but I wouldn't be optimistic about them offering anything.

I'm pretty sure that submissions begin getting graded in the order that they were submitted. It's possible that a slow grader picked yours out of the queue, so you shouldn't necessarily be worried...
