(x-a)f(x)=g(x) where g(x) quartic
but f(x) has two local maxima -> f(x) is not cubic
f(x) has the form g(x)/(x-a) irreducible

I got f'(x)= -g(x)/(x-a)^2 + g'(x)/(x-a)...

I'm awaiting a decision on the US Bank Altitude (they probably balked at my 4 months @ current employer/address) but it's very much like the CSR. $400 fee, $325 travel credit, 12 GoGo Wifi Passes....
