The good news is that I was done with 30 minutes...

The good news is that I was done with 30 minutes to go.

The bad news is that I wrote complete bull**** for about 15% of the exam, and left 5% or so almost blank.

I'd agree on questions, but with points, it seems silly. Missing 2 questions would put you in failing territory while pass marks are around 72%

On the other hand, if penalties are too harsh, it might make it less attractive for the accuser to come clean.
