How powerful do you need the hardware to be? If it's just small stuff then any modern laptop with 16 GB of ram should do nicely. If you need a GPU, there are gaming laptops on the market these days...

Keyboard is flimsy though. If it's primary used as a laptop you want something with a solid keyboard that doesn't "give" a lot when you type.
