Yeah, I put down that the policyholder has to search in the admitted market and can't find the coverage first. And then, it needs to be placed by an underwriter licensed to handle surplus lines.

It will all depend on how the partial credits are given and stuff. Pass mark has always been around 70%, which means you can lose up to about 21 points to pass.
