If the offer is Pensions I'd probably say don't move to a city you don't want to be in for it. For Life, Health or P&C definitely take it.

I'd much rather hire an EL with 9's on P and FM rather than 6's on P and FM. It tells me that they are less likely to have trouble with the more difficult exams that follow.
