I use robinhood for small trades but given all the horror stories about their customer service I wouldn't hold large amounts of money there. Even for an additional 1% APR.

TIA was pretty awful for FM when I used it but it was in the middle of an overhaul at the time and they did give me a refund so no harm no foul. At the time, CA had the better product by a mile.

Seriously though, I can't recommend enough doing a very quick first pass just to get an idea of all the different topics. ESPECIALLY if you're following the TIA order. This exam doesn't (or didn't)...
