They always post mid month so don't worry. Basically you will get your module 8 between the 12th-17th. Then be on the next list. I got confirmation today that the November list will be posted...

No, the average is more like 50-70 days, however a grading party just happened and the queue is quite low. Currently people are experiencing 15-20ish day wait times, but this will slowly increase...
