What is the typical raise and/or bonus for attaining CERA? I'm particularly interested in the P&C route (passing exam ST9) but would take any info I can get! Thanks.

Confirmed: 0% pass rate in Spring 2016 (and it looks like 0% in Spring 2015 too). Not sure how many took the exam this sitting, but there were 5 passers.

I believe papers are anonymous when they're graded, so the graders would only know if (when) Americans used American English spelling, and perhaps phrases...
