thanks! not sure if most of the corporate population knows what oliver wyman is either though.... aren't they mostly actuarial? I feel like mercer/marsh are more well known entities of the family.

yup i have done that... but what I wanted to get at was do any of these practices focus MOSTLY on research.

for example, i've noted that SF does a lot of flood work... but only a couple actuaries...

Which ones tend to be the most research oriented? Do all of them primarily focus on tradional actuarial work or do some do more reasearch than others. I know the SF one does a lot of flood work.

I am graduating college soon, and I have some interviews coming up. Problem is I'm too broke to buy a decent jacket, so I bought a 40 dollar one on amazon. It's pretty bad.... the fabric is the same...
