For ISO rating, how is Rule 5A regarding basic limits applied? It reads "$100,000 combined single limit" and "annual aggregate limits of $200,000 for Product". But seems for TIA 2013 practice exam...

For the example in the ISO experience rating manual, why they are using the detrend factor at month 33 for the second prior year? 6+24 = 30, where does the additional 3 come from?
