This seems more reasonable, I bet what they are actually doing is just grading the easiest questions first and as soon as someone has earned the minimum pass mark they exclude them from being graded...

Did anyone have any actual idea on the first question, I feel embarrassed to say that was probably the most confused I have ever been on any actuarial exam.
