The GLM paper is very practical and hence useful. I just did some closing/retention ratio GLM modelling at work so I can relate a lot of the material in the GLM paper to my work.

8 > 9 = 6 >>>> 5

I haven't figured out a way to pass 8 yet but I'm getting there!
