Also make sure to register in addition to the stupid survey they sent. They made a survey to register and sent a follow up that says ignore the survey and use the real registration process.

Sounds like this could have been prevented by making electronic copies. Are they going to do that in the future? It's pretty easy to run the answer sheets through a scanner.
