I would ask your company about them paying for FAP modules. Itís not uncommon at all for Actuaries to take FAP and do an exam at the same time since FAP is such a long process.

Thatís good justification too! I considered removing variables as well. I believe the only variables in question that ended up significant in any of my models was jobs and education.
