Depending on what the VP role really is I would lean towards 200K-300K base as reasonable.

I would say 15% is low at that level. I had a 20-25% target while at a carrier in roles that I would consider one level below a traditional VP type role.

His rookie season produced 1100 yards and 7 TDs...he's just not a traditional RB. He had 80 catches.

He had 16 touches and 95 yards in week one. He'll get there.

Depends on the QB I would guess. 2002 Texans were expansion team and Carr was a rookie. I am guessing both at fault. However, tp two running backs averaged less than 3 ypc. Not helping the oline...
