One benefit of going for ERM is that your exam will have more than 4 questions. If my company supported ERM, I'd take that over LRM.

I've never failed a module and felt the quality was good here as well, but its tough to say since I don't know how they decide what passes. My paper was at least as good as the sample they provide....
