I'm wondering if anyone can help me solve this. I'm guessing it's not as hard as it seems to me, but I can't figure it out. Thanks.

What is E(Y)?

Just wanted to let people know, I was in contact with Customer Service and they told me the cards came in but they were all messed up, so they had to get them reprinted. They should be in soon.
