It might have to do when each was published. I think the CAS one is more recent. I'm not 100% sure on this but I believe that OSFI now requires a base scenario that keeps you above the internal...

I can't speak for the industry but, I also think it depends on how many exams one has already passed. Based on the places where I've worked, someone with 3-4 exams is more likely to lose their job...

As far as I know, OSFI didn't update the MCT guidance for 2012...

I've noticed that there are also other papers that go into detail regarding the certain calculations for the P&C 1 as well and some duplication :). Also there have been changes to the MCT this year..
